I had a very positive experience with Cedar River Construction. After contacting them, a person was sent out within two days and provided me with an estimate. After I decided to hire Cedar River Construction, a contract was written with details clearly laid out and a start date was set. Estimator and office resource, Mirissa, was very responsive to any questions/concerns. The project was completed in 2.5 days. The crew was always on time and consulted with me when there were questions. Comments from two neighbors who shared expenses: “Great job and the fence is so straight” and “The fence is so much nicer than I thought it would be”. After the fence was completed, I observed the owner who was on site, walking the fence, pushing on the 4x4s and testing the fence boards to ensure everything was secure. I highly recommend Cedar River Construction.

We met Steve towards the end of our search, after speaking with several contractors regarding our fence project. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and eagerness to answer all of our questions in detail. He took the time that was necessary in order to properly clarify and define our project.

My experience with Cedar River Constructions customer service has been nothing but stellar. I obtained 5 bids for the replacement of a fence that was rotted and falling over, and even though they were the lowest, I took my time to look up other reviewers of their experiences. Price isn't the only thing to look at, best value is the goal. The team arrived early both days, ready to work. We did have a misunderstanding on the placement of some posts, but Steve was very responsive and we worked it out quickly. The fence is shared with three neighbors and everyone is very impressed and happy with the final product. I'll be calling on Cedar River Construction again when the time comes to have a second story deck installed.
